FIXED PARTIAL DENTURE
Patient was suffering from lower front mobile teeth. There was difficulty in taking food and water. We performed removal of the affected mobile teeth. RCT was done in adjoining teeth. Crown preparation completed. BRIDGE was delivered. Post care was instructed to the patient. Now he is satisfied to maintain his normal life and his lower jaw was looking aesthetic as well with the fixed bridge.
Maxillary REHAB
The patient visited us with this look and wanted a smile make-over. She had crooked teeth, missing teeth, smaller than natural teeth. This imparted her a lack of self-confidence. We studied her case thoroughly, did a mock trial and when she is satisfied with her new look, we proceeded. We did Root Canal Treatment and Zirconia Bridge to make the teeth look aligned. Zirconia bridge imparts a natural translucency. With the smile correction done, patient is now a new confident being.
IMPLANT SUPPORTED DENTURE
The patient came to us seeking a fixed alternative for his missing teeth. We advised and did place the implants on his jaw. After that in subsequent sittings, impression was taken and the Implant Supported Fixed Denture was placed.
Depigmentation
The patient visited us with the complaint of greyish-black discoloration on her gums. The discoloration is visible on her entire gums. She is sceptical to smile broadly and wanted to get rid of the discoloration and have pinkish hue. We performed both scalpel and LASER – assisted DEPIGMENTATION procedure. The end result is pinkish gums which the patient happily flaunts now in her open smile.
BLEACHING(Teeth Whitening)
The patient came to us with brownish tobacco stains covering all teeth. He had a function and wanted to have aesthetic smile. We did initially scaling and polishing and then did Bleaching or Teeth Whitening. The whiteness of his teeth was overall uplifted by two grades. Now he is happy to smile.
ORTHODONTIC TREATMENT
The 11 years old child came to us with Class III Malocclusion- upper jaw retroclined and placed posterior and lower jaw is forwardly placed. We did necessary diagnostic procedures and suggested her Orthodontic Treatment with RME and Fixed Appliances. After 1 year , the resultant is edge to edge occlusion.
MANDIBULAR REHAB
The patient was suffering from periodontal problems with reddish inflamed gingiva and severely mobile lower front teeth. We removed these highly mobile teeth, did prophylactic RCT in adjoining teeth and placed a fixed Bridge on it. The result is one more satisfied patient.
Frenectomy
The patient reported to us with a high frenal attachment that was hampering her daily life. It posed a problem with speech and eating. We did her Frenectomy ( removal of the excess band of thick fibrous tissue) with Laser, NO ANASTHESIA, NO PAIN, NO BLEEDING, NO SCAR, NO SUTURE, NO ANTIBIOTICS …….. Only HAPPY SMILE
ALIGNER
The patient came to us with the chief complaint of crooked teeth with visible gaps in between teeth. Since the patient was a college student, so aesthetics was a concern. So we did Intra-Oral Scan and suggested Invisible Clear Aligners. These are easy to maintain and after a duration of 6 months, the result is visible. Patient is happy and can confidently smile now.
